Participation in Verdancia’s investment vehicles is strictly limited to investors who meet the definition of qualified, professional, or institutional investors under relevant laws and regulations.
Verdancia intends to formally apply for an Investment Business Licence (IBL) in the 1Q of 2027, in accordance with the requirements of the BVI Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC). This licensing process is scheduled to coincide with the launch of the Taiwan Stratum Technology Fund and related fundraising activities.
